It was founded by Catherine Devitt & Alexandra Durnford, both of whom are qualified mediators and executive coaches.

Following a 25 year career in HR, organisation and people development, in 2015 Catherine was appointed CEO of Meyler Campbell, the coaching and leadership development business, a role she held until 2023.

Alexandra had a twenty-year career in corporate communications, reputation and crisis management, before qualifying as an executive coach in 2014. She established her coaching practice Byron & Wilf in 2016.
